Construction is managed by the designated project team who are responsible for upholding the established budget and schedule while maintaining tight control on the quality of the work and a safe work environment. We emphasize open and direct communication with our clients and the design team during the construction period to be sure all parties are aware of any impacts to the budget, schedule or quality of work. At the end of construction, we will diligently pursue the completion of the punch lists, the preparation of all final reports, and close-out documentation.
